Return Policy (Facebook Marketplace Sales only)
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Return Window
You have 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be sent back within 2 business days of the return request being approved.
2. Condition of Items
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
New Items: Must be unopened, unused, and include all original packaging, tags, and manuals.
Watches: Must be in same condition, all pieces intact, not opened nor altered in any different way, and include all what it came with.
Bundles: All items included in a bundle must be returned together.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Our Fault: If the item arrives damaged, faulty, or doesn't match the description, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
Your Choice: If you changed your mind or the item doesn't fit (Buyer’s Remorse), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for "Change of Mind" returns.
Re-stocking fee applicable on items ($1 - 499: $50; $500 - 999: $100; $1000+ :$200)
How to Initiate a Return

Subject line should state - Request a Return.
Provide a brief reason and upload photos if the item is damaged.
Print the provided label (or your own) and drop it off at the designated carrier.
Note: We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot issue a refund for items that are lost in transit without proof of delivery.
